Job Title: Pool Technician

As a Pool Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that swimming pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained for our clients. Your expertise will shine as you perform essential maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide top-notch service to enhance the swimming experience. What you'll do

  • Conduct regular pool maintenance, including water testing and chemical balancing to ensure optimal water quality.
  • Perform thorough pool cleaning tasks, such as skimming debris, vacuuming surfaces, and brushing walls.
  • Inspect and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems to ensure they operate efficiently.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients about their pool needs and offering solutions.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and service visits for each pool.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and safety regulations related to pool maintenance.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various pool equipment issues.
  • Experience as a service technician in a related field is preferred.

Preferred qualifications

  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs.
  • Previous experience in pool maintenance or cleaning is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of water chemistry and safety standards for swimming pools.
