Facilities Services Coordinator

Exodus Recovery, Inc is looking for a full time Facilities Services Coordinator.

POSITION SUMMARY

Working under the guidance of the Regional Director of Facilities, the Facilities Services Coordinator supports the day-to-day coordination needs of Facilities needs and staff while also helping to establish and maintain structured processes, including the implementation and ongoing use of a facility management work-order system (TBD). As new programs come online and facility operations expand, this role will continue to develop in scope, supporting improved visibility, organization, and communication across sites. The Facilities Project Services Coordinator plays an important and evolving role within the Facilities Department, providing essential coordination, organization, and scheduling support as the organization continues to grow and add new program sites

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations coordination, project support, logistics, or administrative workflow roles.
  • Demonstrated ability in data entry accuracy, tracking, and record maintenance.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, workflows, or service requests.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Duties

  • Scheduling & Coordination Support
  • Assist the Facilities Director and Facilities staff with organizing and coordinating schedules for facility-related services and activities.
  • Track and update service calendars, scheduling logs, and follow-up items as directed.
  • Coordinate scheduling details with program leadership and facilities staff.
  • Maintain organized records of scheduled services and completed tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
