What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field from an accredited college or university.Three (3) to five (5) years of commercial lending experience or combination of experience and education.Demonstrated ability to build and manage a large commercial loan portfolio.Proven sales ability, effective interpersonal skills, keen problem-solving skills and a strong desire to succeed. Willingness to participate in community events on behalf of the bank regularly.Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to write reports and business correspondence.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of customers, colleagues, senior leadership and directors of the board.
Preferred
Commercial credit analyst experience.Financial experience in a commercial banking setting.Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking ability.What We Offer
