We're looking for a
Lead Manager
to take on a key leadership role within our fast-casual restaurant team. This position is designed for someone looking to grow into a General Manager role and make a meaningful impact through hands-on leadership and team development.
As a Lead Manager, you'll play a critical role in day-to-day operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction. You'll work side-by-side with your team, leading by example, driving results, and creating a positive, high-performing environment.
What We Offer
- Total Compensation: $43,000–$50,000

What You'll Do
Lead and Inspire
- Motivate the team to deliver consistent guest delight
- Create a positive culture through recognition, support, and accountability
- Set clear expectations and lead with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Foster open, respectful communication throughout the team
- Be present and lead by example in all areas of operations
Train and Develop Team Members
- Coach and develop Shift Managers and Team Members to perform at a high level
- Conduct pre shift meetings and motivate the team
- Help build and retain a strong, capable team
- Run shifts while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and service standards
- Promote continuous learning and internal development
Drive Operational Results
- Support execution of store goals and business plans
- Uphold high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Achieve top scores on secret shops, safety audits, and guest feedback
- Ensure consistency and compliance with company systems, processes, and standards
- Collaborate with fellow leaders to improve performance
What We're Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Flexible full time availability, including weekends
- A hands-on leader with strong people and communication skills
- Positive, high-energy mindset and strong work ethic
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
