Outside sales Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Truck Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the Olathe, Ks area. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships within the trucking industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of truck models, specifications, and industry trends, enabling them to offer customized solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities:Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand our customer base.Conduct in -person visits and presentations to potential clients, demonstrating an in -depth knowledge of our product range and services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while meeting customers' needs.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective and individual targets.Stay up -to -date with new product launches and ensure clients are informed of the latest developments. Requirements: Proven sales experience, ideally with at least 3 years in truck sales or a related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.Self -motivated with a results -driven approach.Availability to travel within the designated territory.Valid driver's license. Salary up to $ 65,000k including a comprehensive benefits package which includes Health, Dental, Medical, Drug, AD&D, LTD, and Company paid Life Insurance.
