Lead Coach Cleaner

JOB SUMMARY:

The Lead (Coach) Cleaner must be able to work in compliance while cleaning passenger rail cars as required per train schedules. They must adhere to and maintain strict compliance with corporate/office policies and procedures, established health and safety protocols, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The Lead Cleaner leads the assigned team and site operations to perform the contracted services for the client in a manner consistent with our company values and quality of performance under the direction of the Site supervisor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works directly with the site supervisor to monitor and lead the operations of the assigned site to ensure the contracted scope of work is followed.
• Monitors operations to ensure that staff members comply with all safety rules.
• Promotes safe work activities by conducting and reviewing frequent safety audits and sets expectations of direct reports to ensure safe practices are followed at all times.
• Responsible for overseeing performance management, including coaching each member to develop the team for success.
• Responsible for scheduling, and attendance of coach cleaners to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Trains staff in proper procedures for all work tasks.
• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, floors, seats, surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans passenger cars, restrooms and replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets, empties, and cleans ashtrays.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replaces light bulbs.
• Follows Drummac guidelines for conduct.
• Keeps the area around dumpsters clean and secure.
• Notifies supervisor of any faulty equipment.
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

• Valid Driver's license required.
• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in janitorial services is preferred.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment screening process.

Hourly rate range for Lead Coach Cleaner candidates in Sacramento, California: $26-28. Actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on multiple factors which include relevant skills and experience. In addition to hourly wage, full-time employees will be offered the following benefits:
