The Staffing Coordinator is a critical component to the success of a PeopleShare branch The Staffing Coordinator will be instrumental in creating a seamless experience for job seekers, while supporting the overall recruitment activities at the branch.

Summary

  • Take inbound phone calls – 40-50 calls per day on average
  • Assist callers by asking questions, researching the database to locate pertinent information and resolve matters
  • Complete I-9's & E-Verify
  • Enter Drug Screens and Background checks into the system
  • Enter new Job Orders
  • Update all payroll assignments in our ATS, including bank account information, wage/pay rate information and/or other
  • Requesting resumes from candidates, conducting telephone interviews, entering data into ATS and scheduling in-person interviews for recruiters
  • Reference checks
  • Paying invoices
  • Submitting client hours, correction forms, adjustment forms, and bonus forms to Accounting Department
  • Running reports for Branch Manager
  • Posting job ads and updates on social media. Marketing open positions and increasing awareness of open jobs through various websites and online marketing campaigns
  • Other projects and assigned tasks as directed by the Management team

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of relevant customer service experience
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • Ability to multi task, manage multiple job tasks simultaneously with the ability to prioritize work assignments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Organized
  • Demonstrated history of proven success
