We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Project Manager/Project Executive to join our team in the Construction industry. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in the luxury home sector, specifically with projects valued at 20 to 50 million dollars. Our ideal candidate is a professional, customer service-oriented individual with a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager/Project Executive, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities

• Oversee and manage high-value construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining the project's goals, timeline, budget, and resources required.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the project's design and specifications meet the client's needs and expectations.
• Lead and inspire a team of project managers and other staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential project delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
• Continually evaluate project performance, implementing improvements where necessary to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree will be considered an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior project management role within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing luxury home projects valued at 20 to 50 million dollars.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• A professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is preferred.
• A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
