Air BnB Cleaner

RayLeen Clean – Buffalo, NY

RayLeen Clean is seeking a reliable, experienced cleaner who values quality, consistency, and flexibility. This position includes short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers, commercial cleanings, and move-out deep cleans. Our weekly schedule is steady and offers 20+ hours per week, with opportunities to grow into more hours or leadership over time.

What You'll Do:

• Perform detailed commercial, residential, and Airbnb cleanings with consistency
• Execute move-out and deep cleans as needed
• Communicate clearly with the team using your cell phone for scheduling, updates, and customer needs
• Track your work and hours through our scheduling system

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in commercial, residential, or Airbnb cleaning (required)
• Reliable transportation (required)
• A smartphone for scheduling, communication, and client notes
• Strong attention to detail, self-direction, and adaptability
• A commitment to being dependable, punctual, and professional

Hours & Pay:

• More than 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as we grow
• Paid training: $18/hr for 3 weeks
• After 90 day probation period: $21/hr
• Flexible schedule with required daytime availability
