Agile Practice Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agile Practice Lead to join our Agile Center of Excellence.

This role will support Agile practices working closely with our Enterprise Products and Integrations (EPI) product tower ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. A flexible and pragmatic approach to Agile is essential, as the candidate will need to tailor practices to the organization's unique needs while driving best practices across teams.

Your Day to Day

• Educates and mentors Scrum Masters, product teams, leadership, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices to support enterprise-wide adoption.
• Conducts training sessions and partners with teams to implement Agile methods, drive continuous improvement, and ensure readiness for PI Planning and transparent reporting.
• Assesses Agile maturity and team health within the Enterprise Products and Integrations tower, communicating insights and addressing delivery roadblocks.
• Acts as a Change Agent to foster organizational agility, culture change, and leadership development across all levels.
• Continuously develops expertise in Lean-Agile principles and IHG's business landscape to enhance strategic Agile adoption.

What We Need From You

• CSP or CSM certification with 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience across multiple disciplines, technologies, or processes relevant to the role.
• Deep knowledge of Agile engineering practices and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with scaling methods like SAFe or LeSS.
• Proven track record leading or supporting large-scale Agile adoptions and applying lean thinking principles.
• Skilled in facilitating and collaborating with small to large, co-located and distributed Agile teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with experience engaging senior leaders including C-suite; proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence).
• Maintains discretion and confidentiality; comfortable using approved Generative AI tools for job tasks.

Location
– Atlanta GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

The salary range for this role is $119,273 to $130,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
