Marketing Associate

Are you eager to showcase your marketing skills and support the branding of a growing trucking company? You will assist the Director of Marketing on creating social content for TNi as well as assisting with internal communications, sales support, job postings, and other marketing tasks for our terminal network. Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule posts for all RMR social media channels as well as respond to page messages and inquiries. This includes supporting the marketing team with content creation including short form videos for multiple platforms.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team on projects like promotional items, sales collateral, terminal events, apparel, and site/social content
  • Maintains calendar of upcoming social posts and company events for all RMR brands
  • Creates and distributes driver newsletter for all companies (TNi: monthly, all other companies quarterly)
  • Works with recruiting and marketing departments on driver recruitment efforts, including job postings, digital ads, social media moderation and other responsibilities
  • Designs and orders posters, postcards, presentations and other media for marketing and safety departments
  • Creates social posts with video, images, or other content across many platforms and brands
  • Event Planning/coordination on terminal events for drivers and team building events
  • Designs and orders promotional items and apparel for TNi and other brands
  • Other duties as assigned by the Marketing department

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have previous experience in some of the following skills:

  • Prior experience and/or education in marketing
  • Knowledge of Hubspot
  • Sales Team Support Experience
  • Knowledge of Social Media branding/management and/or other relevant experience
  • Prior experience with production and editing of social media video content
  • Prior experience in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva

Other Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Transportation/Logistics
  • Knowledge of JIT Freight

  • Self starter, self-motivated, detail-oriented and has a positive attitude
