The Data Scientist, Marketing will play a key part in building and refining our Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) frameworks—helping to quantify the impact of media investments, optimize cross-channel marketing performance, and guide high-level strategic decisions. Working alongside experienced Data Scientists and marketing leaders, the Data Scientist, Marketing will contribute to the development of predictive models, experimentation programs, and AI-driven solutions that shape the future of FOX's data-informed marketing ecosystem.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and maintenance of marketing mix models (MMM) to evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels
- Build predictive models and assist with simulations to inform marketing strategies and budget recommendations
- Contribute to experimentation efforts, including A/B test design, implementation, and analysis
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Contribute to the development of AI-driven data products
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI and marketing analytics
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics)
- 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or statistical modeling
- Proficiency in Python, R, and experience with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn)
- Strong foundation in statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with experimental design and A/B testing concepts
- Experience working with SQL and data visualization tools
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
- Exposure to marketing analytics, attribution modeling, or MMM
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) or big data tools (e.g., Spark)
- Knowledge of marketing technology and advertising platforms
- Background in entertainment, media, or consumer-facing industries

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $114, ,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
