What You'll Do:
As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive a company vehicle, delivering packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. Full Time Employees can expect to work 4-5 days per week and hours per day. Part Time Employees can expect to work 1-3 days per week and hours per day.

KDL is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner that delivers packages to the greater Arlington Heights area every day. Amazon has partnered with local Delivery Service Partners (DSP), independent delivery organizations that delivers packages.

As a delivery associate, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location.

Compensation: *Starting pay at $19.25/hr + benefits & performance bonuses based on experience. If you have a CDL Class C License, hourly rate starting at $20.25/hr + benefits & performance bonuses. We provide weekly bonuses based on performance and quarterly raises. We also provide free cell phone service for full timers after 6 months of tenure
