Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned International Sales Manager to lead our global sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across diverse markets. As an International Sales Manager, you'll develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, build strong relationships with international clients, and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement global sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets

- Build and maintain relationships with key global clients and partners

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives

- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with international clients

- Represent the company at global trade shows and industry events

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international sales or business development

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding global sales targets

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

- Experience working with CRM and sales analytics tools

- Ability to travel internationally up to

- Knowledge of international trade laws and cultural business practices

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
