Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with plumbing industry experience and strong knowledge of Service Titan. This role is critical to keeping our office running smoothly—handling incoming calls, scheduling jobs, dispatching technicians, and keeping track of workflow in real time. If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the daily dispatch of technicians.
  • Enter, update, and track jobs through Service Titan(required).
  • Coordinate with field staff to ensure jobs are completed on time and correctly.
  • Maintain organized records of work orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and office management.

REQUIRMENTS

  • 1-2+ years experience working in a plumbing office is REQUIRED.
  • Proficiency with Service Titan or any other plumbing systems(scheduling, dispatch, billing, reporting).
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a busy workflow.
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with local plumbing industry practices.
  • Experience supporting a field service team of 5+ technicians.

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required).

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time or part time, in-office position.
  • Competitive hourly rate ($22 – $28/hr depending on experience) + performance bonuses.
