Location: St. George, UT

Positions Available: Server & Busser (Part-time or Full-time)

Pay: Servers $18–$25/hr | Bussers $16–$20/hr (includes tips & hourly)

At Soul Ramen & Sumo Shop BBQ, we bring together the flavors of Japanese ramen, Korean BBQ, and shabu-shabu hot pot in a lively, upbeat atmosphere. With Japanese and Korean undertones throughout the restaurant, we create a fun dining experience where guests feel at home. Responsibilities

Servers ($18–$25/hr):

  • Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude
  • Take food & drink orders accurately
  • Deliver excellent service and maintain a positive atmosphere
  • Assist bussers and other team members when needed

Bussers ($16–$20/hr):

  • Run food from kitchen to tables
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Assist servers with guest needs
  • Keep the dining area clean and welcoming

Requirements

  • Age 18+ (maturity required)
  • Experience preferred, but not required – we'll train the right people
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and stay active on your feet during shifts
  • Strong communication skills & a positive, outgoing personality
  • Must obtain alcohol server permit if 21+
