Summary

The Project Manager/Coordinator is responsible for completing a customer Scope of Work (SOW),
managing installation crews on site, communicating with clients, and ensuring a successful project
negotiation and completion. Working in a new territory for Rose Roofing, this position will require a
diverse skill set to both negotiate and implement a Scope of Work with a client.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this position ensures that every installation runs
smoothly, post-install actions are completed, customer issues are resolved promptly, and projects are
moved to invoicing and closure. This position also performs repair tests and provides repair videos as
needed to assist in the public adjuster process. This position may also perform ladder assistance to sales
personnel to facilitate initial customer outreach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prior to a completed Scope of Work:
o Will be required to develop a deep knowledge of company products, processes, and supplier
teammates
o Conducts shingle repair tests and provides shingle repair videos to assist the sales and
operations team in completing the insurance claim process
o Understand the client's pain points and offer solutions from the company's product line and
services.
o Handle all project Scope of Work (SOW) meetings with clients to provide detailed
descriptions of what work will be done, with what materials etc.
o Upsell the client on upgrades roofing materials, gutters, windows, etc.
o This person also will be responsible for creating job breakdowns, and margin analysis per
project for the company

After a completed Scope of Work is signed:
o Works with other Operations Department personnel to ensure that all installations are
performed according to the company SOW
o Monitors progress of jobs via company software and dashboards to ensure company
installation and revenue goals are met. Reports to Director of Operations significant issues
requiring company-wide coordination to resolve.
o Coordinates with sub-contractors and suppliers as needed to ensure the timely and
satisfactory completion of jobs
o Provides ladder assistance to sales personnel to facility roof inspections and customer
outreach efforts to contribute to sales.

Education and/or Experience
 Associate degree with three (3) years related experience; or five (5) years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to effectively communicate and share information.
 Exceptional aptitude for team work in a challenging environment.
 Professional attitude, with sincerity and enthusiasm.
 Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
 Detail oriented.
 Strong organizational and time management skills.
 Proficiency in MS Office.

This position requires the employee to be able to climb up to 30' ladders and assist in rooftop activities.
