What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate, consistent in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities
- Assist with personal care, companionship, homemaking, and daily living support
- Follow individualized Care Maps that put humanity before task checklists
- Be a voice, an advocate, and a steady presence for the most vulnerable
- Communicate openly and respectfully with clients, families, and teammates
What You Must Have:
- Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle – non-negotiable
- Clean criminal background
- Ability to pass drug screening & competency requirements
- A heart for service, and a spine of steel when it comes to doing the right thing
- Availability for rotating shifts, including some evenings/weekends
- Experience preferred, but heart and hustle matter more than a résumé
