Elite Sourcing LLC is working with a leading Public Accounting firm located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Senior to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the tax compliance process for our clients. This includes preparing and reviewing tax returns, conducting tax research, and providing guidance and support to clients on tax-related matters. You will also be responsible for supervising and training junior tax staff and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all tax filings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts

- Conduct tax research and provide guidance to clients on tax planning strategies and compliance issues

- Review financial statements and identify potential tax issues

- Communicate with clients and tax authorities to resolve any tax-related issues

- Train and supervise junior tax staff, providing guidance and support as needed

- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

- Assist with special projects and other tax-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

- CPA certification preferred

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning

- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
