Position Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for recruiters from onboarding to advanced upskilling.
  • Create and maintain clear, effective learning and development materials rooted in best practices.
  • Partner with recruiting leaders and HR partners to identify training needs and drive adoption of consistent, high impact hiring practices.
  • Elevate the team through coaching and mentorship, supporting our recruiters' growth.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Knowledge of performance-based hiring or similar frameworks.
  • Experience creating and delivering training in a corporate setting.
  • Ability to influence, inspire and educate others.
