You enjoy taking on new responsibilities and learning new skill sets whenever needed.What You Will Be DoingResponsibilities include, but are not limited to the design and preparation of the following Substation Drawings:Site Layout, Location, and Grading PlansErosion & Sediment Control PlanStormwater Management PlanFoundation Plan & DetailsStructures Key PlanStructural Erection & Detail DrawingsOil Containment Detail DrawingsDemolition DrawingsSubstation 3D ModelDevelopment of Bill of Materials based on Design CriteriaCoordination with physical, protection & controls, and drafting disciplines to ensure quality deliverablesParticipate in client meetings and perform site visits for data gathering as requiredInterpreting and incorporating vendor information into design deliverablesApply client standards related to the workPerform/ensure company's Quality assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes are being followed on all design packagesContinuous improvement of job-related engineering, technical and professional knowledge, skills, and performanceWhat We Need You To Have (minimum Qualifications)An associate's degree in Drafting/Design or related field.
