Integrated Brain health is hiring a BCBA to oversee caseloads using a naturalistic, play-based approach. We are seeking a leader ready to mentor RBTs and design programming that makes therapy a positive, meaningful experience for every child.

Program Leadership & Caseload Management: In this role, you are the architect of the client's success. You will move away from direct 1:1 implementation and focus on high-level oversight:
- Clinical Strategy: Design and modify comprehensive treatment plans using standardized assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, Vineland).
- Team Mentorship: Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs, ensuring fidelity of implementation while helping them grow as clinicians.
- Caregiver Coaching: Lead parent training sessions to help families generalize skills into the home environment.
- Operational Compliance: Manage authorization periods, ensure timely documentation in our EHR, and maintain strict adherence to BACB and OLBAB ethical codes.

Professional Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must hold active certification as a BCBA (BACB) and be licensed (or eligible) with the Oklahoma Licensed Behavior Analyst Board (OLBAB).
- Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Proficiency with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for the ASD population.
- Tech Stack: Familiarity with digital data collection and Electronic Health Records (EHR) is preferred.
Note: We happily welcome newly certified BCBAs who are eager to learn within a supportive mentorship model.
