We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with [390] apartment units.

Our hourly pay rate is $ $17.00 per hour. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week. Please review our corporate website , along with the website of the property to which you are applying.



Qualifications:

  • Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
  • Grounds care. Pick-up trash
  • Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
  • Bilingual (any language) a plus
  • Understand company policies

Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
