Our Opportunity
GPJ is hiring a Manager, Engineering to join our growing team.
This role is on-site, requiring you to report to our Las Vegas office location a minimum of 5 days per week.
Your Role
As an Engineering Manager, you lead with a focus on engineering excellence and operational efficiency. With over eight years of experience in Engineering, including three years in managerial roles. You are a working professional with a history of CAD modeling, drafting, woodworking, architecture and metal fabrication in the exhibit and conferences industry. Your responsibilities encompass team management, where you mentor and motivate a diverse team of Engineering professionals to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Quality assurance is paramount, and you establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures to ensure that the quality of Engineering deliverables output, including 3D CAD models, Floorplans, Construction Drawings and NC output from programmers meet strict quality standards and customer specifications. Additionally, you manage departmental budgets and expenses, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

You are prepared and organized for meetings and presentations.
Your Experience

- Minimum of 8 years Engineering experience with a proven track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of Engineering professionals, driving performance, and achieving operational excellence.
- Experience in implementing process improvements, automation solutions, and technology upgrades to enhance efficiency.
