As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of complex industrial refrigeration projects from inception to completion?leading ammonia refrigeration systems, cold storage facilities, and food processing installations across the lower 48 states. What You'll Do

Project Leadership

  • Own complete project lifecycle from setup through closeout on industrial refrigeration projects
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships
  • Lead project teams including field staff, subcontractors, and internal business units
  • Coordinate ammonia refrigeration installations, cold storage builds, and HVAC/piping systems

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, and cost estimates
  • Navigate complex specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements
  • Manage purchasing, bidding, and vendor relationships
  • Lead safety compliance including PSM requirements for ammonia systems

Stakeholder Communication

  • Run project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Provide executive leadership with project status updates and financial projections
  • Mentor junior project managers and field staff
  • Deliver customer training and manage project closeout documentation
