Job Description: Cory Kingston Designs is seeking a talented, detail‑oriented, and self‑driven individual to provide support across various interior design projects for our growing interior design studio located at 820 Pacific Coast Highway in Hermosa Beach. Responsibilities include:

  • Generate 3D renderings, floor plans and elevations
  • Curate finishes and furniture consistent with the project's design aesthetic
  • Assist in client and/or site meetings by preparing, attending and taking detailed notes
  • Develop construction design plan and finish plan documentation
  • Manage budgets and project schedules
  • Oversee day-to-day management of multiple active design projects
  • Coordinate and oversee vendors and subs

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years working for an interior design studio
  • Proficiency in Sketchup and Layout required
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Studio Designer, Photoshop, Canva, Asana and Dubsado a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills
  • Certification in Interior Design is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $100,000.00 per year
