Duties:

- Assist the Executive Chef

- Oversee and supervise the kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and smooth operations

- Manage food production, ensuring high quality and consistency

- Assist with inventory management

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

- Collaborate with the client care team to ensure excellent communication

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a fine dining restaurant or culinary environment

-Culinary school graduates preferred

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and sanitation standards

- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of international cuisine

- Flexible to adopt to frequent changes
