Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Project Coordinator/Optimization Lead to drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and personalization strategies across our digital platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools to deliver measurable improvements in user engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead A/B, multivariate, and AI-driven personalization tests using Adobe Target.
  • Develop, manage, and execute a CRO roadmap aligned with business goals and audience segments.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights using Adobe Analytics to optimize digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with UX, content, and marketing teams to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure content readiness and QA for personalized experiences in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues with HTML/CSS where necessary.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in
    CRO, personalization, or digital experimentation.
  • Strong expertise in
    Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and DAM.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing
    high-impact A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Deep understanding of
    audience segmentation, targeting logic, and personalization workflows.
  • Hands-on experience setting up
    A/B tests and Adobe Target personalization campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Local candidate preferred.
  • Excellent
    analytical skills
    and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Experience in the
    financial sector or B2B/B2C marketing.
  • Experience integrating
    Adobe Target with CDPs or CRMs
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    HTML/CSS
    for troubleshooting and implementation support.
