  • Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning to minimize waste and maximize freshness
  • Participate in catering events or special functions as needed, providing excellent service in diverse settings
  • Follow all health regulations related to food handling, safety procedures, and proper use of kitchen equipment
  • Serve dishes with attention to presentation details that reflect our commitment to fine dining excellence

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably with a dough-making background
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices required by local health authorities
