Education

  • Minimum – High School Diploma

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of technical or mechanical maintenance experience.

Duties

  • Perform assembly and performance testing of electro-mechanical fluid control devices. Comply with essential procedures, blueprints, and associated schematics to ensure safety and quality of product.
  • Operate, develop, and maintain high pressure test systems, to include pneumatic, hydraulic, and calibration fluid test stands and pumps.
  • Conduct electrical testing and verifications utilizing various electronic testing devices.

Required Skills

  • Experience analyzing blueprints and developing procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to assemble electro-mechanical hardware.
  • Experience with high pressure testing with various fluids and gases.
  • Ability to conduct electrical tests including, dielectric and insulation resistance testing.
  • Experience soldering to Class B standards. Class A experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy, Microsoft office, word, and excel experience.
  • Experience operating in controlled clean-room environments.
  • Experience conducting clean-room particulate analysis and data collection.
  • Manufacturing processing experience or machining experience a plus.
  • Ability to operate diagnostic testing equipment: Oscilloscopes, Lab View, etc.
  • Ability to systematically troubleshoot and repair hardware.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable working environment.

  • Team oriented and willingness to work in a diverse team environment.
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functioning teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently, without direct supervision.
  • Willingness to train and mentor junior technicians.
  • Ability to travel 5% - 10% to local vendor locations
