We are seeking skilled and dedicated Medical Assistants to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be a vital part of our patient care process, assisting our medical providers and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients. This role is perfect for an energetic professional who thrives in an urgent care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Room patients, obtain and record vital signs, and document chief complaints.

* Assist providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.

* Perform basic laboratory tests, phlebotomy, and specimen collection.

* Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the provider.

* Maintain clean and well-stocked examination rooms and clinical areas.

* Handle patient intake, medical history interviews, and accurate EMR (Electronic Medical Record) documentation.

* Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience, as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.

* Experience in Primary Care, Family Practice, or an Urgent Care/Emergency Room setting is highly preferred.

* Current BLS/CPR certification required.

* National Certification as a Medical Assistant (e.g., CMA, RMA) is a plus.

* Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

* Strong clinical skills, including phlebotomy, vitals, and injections.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
