Mission Readiness Training Coordinator

In this role, you will coordinate training to keep Mission Readiness personnel current on procedures and partner with leadership to ensure efficiency and consistency across teams and shifts.

The ideal candidate has direct experience in the AV space, with a strong background in leading training and onboarding programs. You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

As a Training Coordinator, you'll:

  • Partner with Mission Control Leads, Project Managers, and Instructors to improve training program efficiency and throughput.
  • Assist with the coordination and facilitation of training plans, including schedules, classroom sessions, hands-on training (real or simulated), and progress tracking.
  • Act as a point of contact for instructors, ensuring alignment on procedures, conducting instructor training, and auditing instructor performance.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigations, and report on training program throughput.
  • Assist in creating and standardizing training materials (decks, assessments, documentation) to ensure uniform instructions across shifts and sites.

Requirements

  • At least 3 months as a fully trained individual on the Mission Readiness team
  • 1-3 years of experience in the AV space
  • 1-3 Year experience leading training and onboarding new hire sessions
  • Knowledge of Mission Readiness procedures and responsibilities
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and improve operational efficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management, and explain technical issues to support trainees
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate training events

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
