Position Overview:

Hotel ZaZa Museum District is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and service-driven Outlets Manager to lead our vibrant food & beverage outlets. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, boutique luxury environment and is committed to delivering unforgettable guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations of multiple outlets including our signature restaurant, bar, poolside service, and in-room dining, ensuring excellence in service, profitability, and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house staff in line with Hotel ZaZa's service standards.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all service—restaurant, pool, in-room dining—while maintaining quality, efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure all F&B outlets are stocked and operational.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary, events, and hotel departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Maintain strong cost controls and participate in forecasting, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
  • Oversee compliance with TABC laws and company policies, ensuring a safe and responsible environment.
  • Ensure the ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation of all service areas match ZaZa's high standards.

3+ years of food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury or boutique hotel setting.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for guest service and team development.
  • Knowledge of Opera is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
