Why are we looking for you

As a Campaign Analyst you will be responsible for building digital campaigns in accordance with the client strategy outlined in each ticket request. You will set up campaign parameters, creative materials, and strategies for reaching the right audience so campaigns will function and deliver effectively once activated. Campaign Analysts collaborate with internal teams throughout the campaign launch cycle to define the optimal implementation strategy, communicate campaign build status, resolve errors, and troubleshoot issues. As you grow in this position, you'll chip in to making implementation guidelines more efficient. This includes identifying process improvements, platform automation opportunities, and testing new user interface functions in our tools and applications. You'll be the final and essential step in the Client Lifecycle for launching new online advertising initiatives.

  • What you will do
  • Monitor assigned campaign ticketing queue and prioritize tickets for daily implementation
  • Implement strategies for digital media campaigns, including campaign settings, creative trafficking, and troubleshooting
  • Test client 3 rd party creative, impression tracking, click tracking and VAST tags to validate the tags are formatted correctly and function in our ad serving platform
  • Assist Account Management, Media Delivery and other teams with streamlining the campaign implementation strategy by using platform features to reduce the number of campaigns needed to successfully implement the client's strategy
  • Conduct a light-QA of the campaign to ensure that all details are set up per the ticket request by creating test users and pages for client or internal team validation
  • Troubleshoot various aspects of campaign setup including creative setup and audience targeting to determine the cause of the issue and a resolution path
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to provide platform enhancement recommendations that improve workflow and user's campaign implementation experience
  • Qualifications
  • A graduate/postgraduate in any rigor
  • 3 years of experience with digital media or experience in ad operations/ad trafficking role
  • Previous customer service experience required, working with cross-functional teams
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced ticketing system environment
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, or HTML5, a plus
  • Previous experience with 3rd Party Ad Servers (DV360, Sizmek, etc.), a plus
  • Previous experience with video formats or implementing video campaigns, a plus
  • Strong great teammate with accountability and able to work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to think "creatively" and quickly come up with solutions under pressure
  • Able to relay technical information to non-technical collaborators
  • Must possess strong time management, attention to detail, organizational soft-skills

Base Salary: $55,400 - $102,800

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
