Description
A sauté cook prepares meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables using high-heat techniques in a pan and is also responsible for making the sauces that accompany these dishes by deglazing the pan after cooking.

Prepping ingredients, seasoning food, monitoring food temperatures, plating dishes, maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, and coordinating with other kitchen staff for efficient service.

Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Must have the ability to stand for long periods and work under pressure.

Must ensure the work station is well organized, clean, and maintained with all necessary equipment and ingredients.

Must prepare food according to recipes and maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Must adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Pay Rate: $18/ hour based on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Availability: Tuesday - Sunday PM Shifts (1PM - 10PM)
