REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ESTATE PLANNING LAWYER - ELDER CARE ATTORNEY

  • 5+ years of experience providing legal counsel
  • A Missouri law license
  • A high level of interest in and ability to use technology in your day-to-day practice

Other helpful items are a license to practice law in Illinois, prior estate planning, probate and trust administration experience, or real estate/corporate law experience.
