What You'll Be Doing:- Developing expertise in one or more Synopsys software products, working independently and proactively.
- Providing timely, high-quality customer support, including answering technical questions about tool functionality.
- Triage and investigate product complaints, identifying root causes and collaborating with R&D to resolve defects.
- Documenting and communicating enhancement requests and product feedback from customers.
- Supporting technical evaluations, benchmarks, and product demos under guidance from senior mentors.
- Building strong relationships with team members, earning their trust and respect through reliability and collaboration.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction through expert support and insightful problem-solving.
- Contributing to product quality improvements by effectively communicating customer feedback to R&D.
- Accelerating team success by delivering thorough evaluations and benchmarks that inform product development.
- Driving innovation by championing product enhancements and collaborating across global teams.
- Enabling customers to maximize the value of Synopsys tools for advanced chip and system design.
- Fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement within the team.
- MS degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience with EDA tools, semiconductor design, and methodologies.
- Technical proficiency in digital, analog, mixed-signal, and RF design concepts.
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial software environments.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools, with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in geographically distributed environments.
