The Center for the Prevention of Child Maltreatment (CPCM) is hiring a Program Coordinator to support and coordinate multiple research and educational projects and programs related to child maltreatment and sexual abuse prevention and to the promotion of maternal, child and family well-being.

Candidates are required to have a bachelor's degree in health care, education, public health, social work or a related field. A master's degree in similar fields is preferred. Experience in the development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of projects is required. Experience with grant writing and/or post-award management, evaluation and reporting on multiple platforms is preferred.

The Program Coordinator will support the successful development, implementation and evaluation of grant and contract deliverables. Duties include, but are not limited to, establishing and implementing workplans and timelines to meet deliverables, coordinating and leading committees, activities or trainings, creating and executing evaluation plans for grant-funded or contracted deliverables, and collaborating with and advising other project team members.

The Center for the Prevention of Child Maltreatment is within USD's School of Health Sciences and aims to increase South Dakota professionals and communities' capacity to know about, respond to, and prevent child sexual abuse and other forms of maltreatment.
