As our Demand Generation Manager, you will join our fast-paced team responsible for marketing NAVEX software solutions to existing customers and new audiences. You will execute on the demand generation strategy to create new leads and contribute directly to sales pipeline. You are skilled in all demand generation disciplines, including integrated campaign planning and execution, channel strategy, persona-oriented and funnel-stage messaging, email design, calls to action, lead nurturing, lead scoring, A/B testing, campaign ROI and performance analysis, attribution, and response optimization.   

Your expertise and effectiveness in this role will directly influence our revenue achievement and ensure great customer experience. You will help expand the use of NAVEX tools and promote opportunities for corporate social innovation.

What you'll do:

  • Define, plan, and deliver innovative, multi-channel, and results-driven campaigns that use optimal, modern marketing concepts and tools
  • Own and define KPIs that are meaningful, measurable, and meet quarterly demand generation goals for both lead creation and pipeline contribution
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to help guide the portfolio of integrated, multi-channel marketing programs
  • Measure, track, and report at a campaign and tactic level, providing analysis, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns programs and adjustments to existing campaigns as appropriate
  • Drive alignment between global sales and marketing teams to ensure the latest content and messaging is being used and adapted
  • Identify new optimization tests, growth opportunities, and areas for additional investment in time and money
  • Stay on top of GRC industry trends and best practices and frameworks, as well as marketing trends and best practices, to support customer growth
  • Advance NAVEX's goals and operational effectiveness by learning and using AI-based tools

What you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field
  • 6+ years' experience creating and executing global demand generation campaigns, including copywriting, channel strategy, advertising, email marketing, webinar production, and more
  • Hands-on experience running end-to-end marketing campaigns, familiarity with the GRC space is a plus
  • Proficiency with and a strong understanding of other marketing technologies, including Marketing Automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an interest in translating data into actionable change
  • An excellent track record for constantly optimizing various programs and testing new ways of execution
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative and team-player mentality, while also able to work autonomously
  • Extraordinary ability to project manage individual tasks and priorities while being held accountable to a global team's processes and workflows
  • Ability to see the big picture view of our marketing strategy
  • The desire to learn, explore and experiment with AI tools
  • A commitment to ethical and inclusive use of AI in our hiring and workplace practices
