Assist in performing a variety of general cleaning duties or performs duties of a routine nature at strip center or a mixed use of shopping center property, including mopping, buffing, trash retrieval and disposal, cleaning restrooms, common area sweeping, dusting, use of heavy cleaning equipment, window washing, and other ground cleaning tasks as assigned.

At least one continuous year, experience in fast paced commercial environment like amusement parks, shopping centers, convention centers/sports arenas, airport, hotels is desired.

Schedules will rotate as the needs of the business vary. Must be a high school graduate.

Essential Job Functions

· Must come to work everyday and be on time, must be able to take directions from supervisor, and must be able to get along well with co-workers.

· Walks throughout the mall often ensuring standards and risk management needs are being upheld.

· Responds to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, directing customer to other persons as necessary.

· Performs basic cleaning to common areas, restrooms, corridors, offices, docks, windows, doors, dumpsters and bays (see specifications)

· May be required to lift and move objects.

· Assists in setup materials for promotions and special events.

· Advises Housekeeping Lead on supply needs.

· Assign and insure detailed specific assignments/duties are complete (see specifications)

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· Ability to work effectively in a cohesive team environment

· Positive, proactive work ethic and approach

· Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail

· Flexibility and ability to multitask

· Must be comfortable working in a fast paced evolving environment

· Strong ability to take direction and complete assignments with precision.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $11.00 per hour
