Earn $50,000 - $120,000+ Per Year: Unlimited earning potential with competitive pay and bonus opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your skills and knowledge to accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, delivering dependable solutions for our customers.

Gain hands-on experience working on a diverse mix of domestic and foreign vehicles, continually growing your mechanical expertise.

  • Perform Thorough and Transparent Inspections

Conduct complete, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections to help our guests make informed decisions.

  • Collaborate to Troubleshoot Efficiently

Work as part of a skilled team to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve customer concerns.

  • Maintain High Standards for Safety and Organization

Follow and uphold our commitment to safety, cleanliness, and organization in all aspects of your work.

  • Communicate Clearly with the Service Team

Partner closely with our service advisors to ensure customer concerns are fully understood and addressed with precision.

  • Work Together to Achieve Results

Collaborate with fellow technicians to solve challenges, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results with pride.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive diagnostics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
  • Ability to turn 40+ labor hours a week
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
  • Extensive knowledge of modern vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hybrid technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for the automotive industry.
