Overview
Want to make more money? Join our team and get paid more per deal. We pay 24h hours after closing Our Flat fee means more money for you. This is a 1099 position which allows you to operate as your own business for Tax purposes. We are seeking a motivated Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage lending, credit analysis, and loan processing. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent negotiation skills, able to close at least 1 loan per month we want to hear from you. We are licensed in the state of Arizona only.
Duties
- Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation
- Conduct thorough analysis of applicant's financial status and property evaluations
- Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with clients
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and contract requirements
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for accurate data entry
- Familiarity with Point calyx software for loan processing
Requirements
- Must have an active Loan Officer License in the state of Arizona
- Proven work experience as a Loan Officer or similar role
- Strong understanding of basic math principles
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and loan products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5, $25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
