Position Summary

We are hiring a Psychometrist to join our team and support the administration and scoring of standardized assessments. This is an ideal role for someone with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Psychology (or related field) who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults—especially those with developmental differences such as ADHD and Autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer neuropsychological and psychological assessments under the supervision of a licensed psychologist
  • Score assessments and document behavioral observations
  • Accurately enter test data into electronic records
  • Assist with data analysis and report preparation
  • Maintain a professional and confidential environment

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Psychology or related field (BA/BS required, MA or PhD)
  • Experience in standardized testing administration preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with children, teens, and families
  • Cultural competence and experience with diverse populations
  • Bilingual/bicultural abilities a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
