FIT STREET is hiring certified trainers who are passionate about fitness, thrive in high-energy environments, and want to influence people while being part of something special. We're looking for hard-working hustlers who go above and beyond — the kind of people who elevate the team and the culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead dynamic, strength-based group classes (we'll train you in the FIT STREET method).
  • Create a motivating and high-energy environment for every member.
  • Ensure proper form, safety, and engagement throughout class.
  • Support our in-house DRIVE Smoothie Bar and community events.
    Represent FIT STREET with enthusiasm, teamwork, and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

  • Certified Trainer (required).
  • Strong communicator and motivator — confident leading groups.
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented.
  • Morning and/or evening availability (part-time, flexible hours).
    Passion for fitness and helping others perform at their best.

Compensation & Growth:

  • $25/hour for all group classes taught.
  • Opportunities for Personal Training clients are available to those who earn it through teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
