Internship anticipated to occur in May, 2026 through August, 2026.

What You'll Do:

As a Program Management Intern, you play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver strategic initiatives. You work closely with program managers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule, meet milestones, and align with company goals. This internship offers hands-on experience in program planning, process improvement, and stakeholder communication within a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables
  • Supports the development and maintenance of project documentation, dashboards, and status reports
  • Collaborates with internal teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process optimization
  • Participates in meetings and helps track action items, decisions, and follow-ups
  • Contributes to data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking
  • Helps streamline workflows and improve communication across departments
  • Learns and applies program management tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Will perform additional responsibilities when required

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Asana, Jira, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
  • Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with numerous interactions and interruptions
  • A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to motivate others
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with Team Members and colleagues
  • Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs) 

Not Required but Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel dashboards)
  • Exposure to software development or product lifecycle management
  • Prior internship or project experience in operations, consulting, or program coordination
  • Interest in process improvement, strategy, or organizational development
  • Basic understanding of metrics tracking and performance analysis
