Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketer/Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through various marketing strategies, including visiting law firms and doctor offices. You will play a crucial role in promoting our services while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a passion for sales and marketing.

Duties

  • Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our services.
  • Market our services to both personal injury law firms as well as doctors on liens.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Utilize marketing techniques to reach out to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure follow through on our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
  • Strong canvassing skills with a proven track record of success in door-to-door sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Negotiation skills that enable you to close deals successfully and meet sales targets.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
