We are hiring for Full-Time or Part-Time and Seasonal delivery driver positions with Catalina Endeavors LLC. We deliver Amazon Logistics packages out of the Amazon Concord Station We have the first load out time at the station so our current start time is 9:15 am. We have the 1st load out time at the station so delivery associates should also be finishing their routes first too.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the Company.

Benefits & Scheduling:

  • $21 per hour ($22 to $22.50 with bonus eligibility and pay increases based on performance that is paid biweekly) plus potential over time opportunities are available
  • 10-hour shifts are typical but vary based on routes and company's needs, current start time is 9:15 am
  • [3 to 5]-day workweek hours) is typical for full time employees but dependent on route availability
  • Extra Shifts and Overtime hours and pay ARE available during busy periods. Overtime pay is $31.50/hr to $33.75/hr
  • Part time and Weekend Only shifts ARE available for Weekend Warriors or Students
  • Expect daytime shift. Shifts are generally 8 to 10 hrs. We are the first team to load out in the mornings.
  • A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
  • Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses
  • For Eligible employees, 401K match, $5200 per year tuition reimbursement, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance is available
  • Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
  • Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
  • Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
  • Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions, in day and night time, and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
  • Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
  • Use a company provided smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
  • Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
  • Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes and working a flexible schedule based on the weekly route demands.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass a Drug Screening
  • Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
  • Must have good open availability to work scheduled days.

  • Good communication and customer service skills

Note: Experience as a route driver, courier, or in a warehouse setting is a plus.
