Job Description:

Smart Logistics Hub is seeking a Warehouse Lead with strong experience in Amazon FBA prep and 3PL warehouse operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily prep workflows, process orders in the WMS, and supervise team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse associates involved in FBA prep and 3PL tasks
  • Process orders in the WMS: create orders, update statuses, verify quantities, and finalize shipments
  • Oversee all FBA prep processes: labeling, FNSKU application, polybagging, bundling, kitting, multipacks, and carton preparation
  • Manage inbound receiving: ASN verification, carton count, pallet breakdown, SKU inspection, and putaway
  • Coordinate outbound shipments: preparing boxes and pallets (UPS partnered, LTL, SPD, and scheduled appointments)
  • Ensure all prep tasks meet Amazon compliance requirements (packaging, warnings, barcodes, carton labels)
  • Maintain an organized workflow to complete daily volumes and meet tight shipping deadlines
  • Complete and verify inventory counts, audits, and adjustments
  • Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure accuracy and productivity
  • Communicate with management regarding workload, issues, staffing needs, and operational updates
  • Use the WMS and other software tools to update orders, print labels, track work, and maintain warehouse documentation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Amazon FBA prep or 3PL warehouse operations
  • 1+ year in a lead, supervisor, or team lead role
  • Strong computer and software skills — ability to work with WMS platforms, spreadsheets, and carrier portals
  • Knowledge of Amazon FBA compliance standards (FNSKU labeling, polybag requirements, cartonization rules)
  • Ability to process orders accurately in a warehouse management system
  • Experience supervising and training warehouse associates
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive with strong communication skills

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
