At CAMCO Construction & Restoration, we help families and businesses recover from water, fire, storm, and mold damage. For over a decade, we've proudly served the Nashville and Middle Tennessee region with professional restoration and construction services. We're growing and looking for a dependable Mitigation Technician who takes pride in their work and is ready to start a stable, recession-proof career.
Why This Role Matters
As a Mitigation Technician, you'll make a difference every day by responding to water and fire damage emergencies. From demolition to drying and cleanup, your work directly impacts our customers and helps them get their lives back to normal.
What You'll Do
- Carry out restoration tasks according to work orders and crew chief instructions
- Load, organize, and maintain tools, products, and equipment for each project
- Keep vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean and orderly
- Prepare rooms/areas for restoration activities
- Work safely and efficiently while supporting your crew
- Communicate openly with your team and provide great service to customers
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering 5-star customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Ability to quickly pick up new skills and techniques
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Physical Requirements
- Lift at least 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
- Work from ladders, in crawl spaces, and at ceiling heights
- Comfortable standing, walking, or performing physical tasks for long periods
- Ability to safely handle cleaning products and chemicals
