Sales Analyst Manager(Commercial) – Onsite | Raleigh, NC

As the Sales Analyst Manager, you'll play a key role in helping leadership make informed, strategic decisions. You'll manage reporting systems, optimize sales processes, and provide insights that directly impact revenue growth and customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and implementation of sales reporting, forecasting, and analytics tools.
  • Manage lead tracking and CRM performance, ensuring opportunities are captured, prioritized, and measured effectively.
  • Collaborate across teams to streamline sales processes and improve pipeline visibility.
  • Analyze performance trends and develop actionable recommendations to enhance sales efficiency and results.
  • Support the rollout of new systems, dashboards, and process improvements that help the team scale smarter.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or commercial management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and reporting tools.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
